SIM Card paid for but not received

I ordered a SIM card on-line and paid for it in July 2025 but still haven't received it in the mail. What do I do?

Thank you for responding. I have two phones. Do you know if it is possible to use a second SIM in another phone for the same phone number? Do I need to set up a second account for this? TIA Bee
