Hey Guys, Chalupa Batman here. Just signed up my neighbor She's got a samsung S20 and the sim card comes back needs provisioning. I've done everything from multiple reboots, airplain mode on and off and moved the card around. I'm guessing my only option is to have a CS Agent do something?? Thanks guys

So, I've never done Android phones before... it happened again with her husbands phone so I just popped out his SIM and put in her phone. Restarted, boom. Up and running.
Thanks again guys. Appreciate it.

And Reset All Networks.. or try to wipe the phone with the PM sim inside

@Wendy123456 tried the sim in another phone??
if same, yes, you need PM support to re-provision the sim then
