Can not change to new subscription. $34 5G promo does not appear as an option under my account. Doesn't say for new customers only and promo ends today.

Hi Henry, try using a different browser to subscribe, that should work. It is valid for all customers so I don't see why you should not be able to subscribe to it.

@henry98 check again. I have it on my own My Account. Try using the app, at least I was using the app

I just checked a couple of my accounts and I am still seeing the plan being available. It could be a data caching problem or perhaps that plan has already been selected for next renewal.

I would insist on the plan being honored as it's currently still being advertised on the Public Mobile website.
