Hi All,
I am not sure if anyone might know the answer to this, but how long does it take for Public Mobile to send out a sim card? Their automated message said it would take two business days to send it out, but I have yet to hear anything about it.

I wanted to, but unfortunately I need a SIM to be able to move it from phone to phone.

for new accounts, PM does offer eSim which is done almost instantly.

Officially - 5-10 business days. Some customers did experience way longer delivery time and some did not receive it at all and had to contact agent for replacement.

SIM. Card can take up to 3 weeks to arrive .if you need one sooner try calling local Telus Koodo stores for in person pick up .otherwise reach out to support for a status up date for when it shipped and when you can expect it . message support directly
