SIM Card Order

Hi, I've been experiencing a long delay on receiving my ordered & paid for SIM card.

'm feeling particularly anxious as it mentioned somewhere online that they're "non-refundable," but what if theres an issue with the customer receiving their SIM as the delivery has been faulty? I'm frustrated without the use of my phone & account for so much time!

Unhappy & considering switching providers.

@Salem101390  bear in mind that there has been a disruption in mail delivery for the past month. I understand that they have been using a different service to get the cards out, but will still have delays for atleast another week.

Buy from Amazon.  They have one for $4.99.

you can ask PM to allow you to pick up a sim from a Telus or Koodo store close to you, or even ask them to change you to esim instead

You don't have an active account yet, you won't be able to open proper Chatbot ticket, so just message them

hi @Salem101390

when you placed the order?  Sim card delivery can be 3 days to 3 weeks here

But best to ask PM support agent for status update, you can  submit by direct message:

Better to ask if you can pickup another one from a nearby Telus or Koodo store instead of wait longer to have them resend a new one
