SIM Card Error

Hello!

I'm getting a SIM Card error, and I've worked through the troubleshooting (restart phone, then remove SIM and restart phone), and the next step is to request assistance from a @CS_Agent 

I also purchased a new SIM, but I can't even apply it to my account.

Can you help!  Please DM me

HI @CDSHR 

sim cards do not fail a lot, usually it is a phone problem

try the PM sim card in another phone.  Also, find another sim card that linked to an active account and test on your current phone

but if you are sure it is the sim card, then ask PM support agent to update the sim card number for you
