SIM CARD has not arrived on time

I ordered a Public Mobile SIM card on August 20 2022. Today is September 8 2022 and it has not arrived in my mail box. The order # is 302629.

Please keep us updated, I am sure you have searched the posts on this in the community and just how ridiculously long customers have waited 1-3 weeks seems to be a pipe dream now, and many recently have been saying a month if not longer - so tell is if you have any luck staying under that mark.

@Adrian22 sim card from PM could take as many as 3 weeks for delivery,.  Yours should come this week.  Bit , you can message PM support to see if they can do anything

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply you there

 

If you need one urgently,  you might want to get one from Telus or Koodo store near you

hi it can take 1 to 3 weeks for delivery you can ask a cs agent for an update  

 

1. you can open a ticket through Simon here https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

 

2. alternatively you can private message them here                               

           check your community envelope for a reply
