I checked the Samsung website and shows this phone is Volte compatible but the option to turn it on isn't displaying. Is this because my account is not yet provisioned?

I don't understand how they can support the older S9 but not the S10e.

HI @Anonymous Yes, at the moment S10E is not part of VoLTE list on PM. Not sure if they will expand the list. for now, for galaxy, you need at least S21 or above to be VoLTE compatible

PM is enabling volte in small batches at a time. You might ask the CSA to enable it now for your trip to US.

new account have volte enabled as part of the activation process. Is your account new (4 weeks ago or so) ?
