Rromo plans for new activations for current customers

There has been a number of promo plans for new activations that is way better than the plans offered to current customers. How can current customers get access to the these promos?

There haven't been any good low budget plans for existing customers for a while now. The new customers are the only ones getting the deals there

@kay23, as existing customers we take can't take advantage of these plans. Some have tried to contact CS agent but I don't think anyone has been successful with that. There are some great plans for existing customers and it seems new ones pop up. The only way to get those plans for new customers only would be to port out and leave and then come back with a new account created which means you would lose any friend referrals

@kay23  Only way would be to create a new account with new email and new SIM card and get a new number . Unless you port out of public mobile . And port back in on the newly created account . Otherwise we just got to suck it up for being so loyalty
