I wish companies would get away from these stupid online AI robots. They never work. Whenever I encounter one of these chat robots at any company, I just keep typing in Agent, Agent, Agent, until it connects me to a real person. When did it become acceptable for companies to neglect their responsibility to provide customer support by using these flawed robots? Having customer support is just the cost of doing business, and if your business can't afford that cost, your company can't afford to do business any further.

@Calebgo27 You wouldn't be able to add any payment card via 611 but can purchase a voucher from 7/11, SDM, London Drugs or Shell for the time being and load the funds via 611. Recharge.com will also email a voucher that be added by dialing 611 but charge a small fee for the convenience.
That gives you time to ask for assistance from CSA's to change the email and get access to your account to update the payment card.

My 611 isn't working to add a card. I don't know how to add it without that working. And my sim card was a gift. And I don't even know what the email is associated with my number.

@Calebgo27 Humans can be reached via chatbot, once you get the response from CSA's. There's also a live chat option that can be requested via the chatbot but it's only given on a case by case basis.
Perhaps, you want to share what the issue is and the rest of us fellow human customers can offer suggestions/advice. However, don't post any personal info here as it's an open public forum.
