Every call i try, is dropping off after few minutes.

Very frusteting when you are talking with doctors or relatives and friends.

The answer for my problems is to move to another provider, because I can't report my problems to a real person: only robots !!!!

It seems Public Mobile is having issues with dropped calls. There have been no announcements about it yet as they are currently dealing with SMS iMessage issues. As per @notchy , create a ticket to have your network reset on their end.
