Roaming

We are in the States (originally Canada) my amdroid data is working fine.I tirned on my roaming.. my daughters 13 pro max apple is not. She says that is not an option for here...any suggestions?

does daughter have a Cdn/US plan or just a standard Cdn plan ? Without the US/Cdn plan, she'd need a 15 Day US Roaming add-on for use whilst in US.

@Queenof4harts, to confirm, your daughter has one of Public Mobile's Canada-US plans? as her phone will not work unless she has it OR has one of the U.S. roaming add-ons

@Queenof4harts  Make sure she has data roaming turned on, select 4G/LTE instead of 5G and try to connect to either T-Mobile or AT&T.  I have an iPhone 13, the setting is in Cellular - Cellular Data Options and there she should see the setting to turn on for roaming, and Voice and Data where she can select LTE.
