Hey folks, got the 40/month Canada us plan but can’t seem to roam in us. Any idea why?

@golfball Yeah I saw that afterwards....  I was looking at Cellular Data Network and saw it was blank

The image shows Verizon. Verizon is not one of PM's roaming partners.

@Dmitrym0  Set phone to 4G/LTE not 5G and connect to T mobile or AT&T . Also ensure you have data roaming turned in in phone settings

@Dmitrym0 - You are automatically connected to Verizon Network. Public Mobile has no roaming agreement with Verizon.

Manually change it by clicking the "Network Selection - Verizon Wireless" and select AT&T or T-Mobile.

From the looks of the photo, try changing Voice and Data 5G Auto to 4G/LTE since your phone doesn't appear to be a 5G phone.

Also try turning off Data Roaming and turn it back on again

Verizon isn't a roaming partner with PM.... Only AT&T or T-Mobile are partners and if they aren't populating, then you will need to manually select them

What phone do you have and is VoLTE capable?
