Roaming data problem

Hello,

 

I bought a 1gb data roaming addon. I cannot connect to T-Mobile and when I look at my add-ons I don't see the data 1gb addon. Can someone assist?

You can't connnect now but did it connect before?  With the add-on not there, that happens if if it's been all used.

Did you manually top up your account first and then attempted to purchase the add on? Because its a one step process now. Did you accidently purchase a Canadian data add on instead? Has your payment card been charged? Info on US Roaming add ons ghat may be helpful to you can be found here...

@gravityboot   You just goit it today?  Keep in mind roaming is only 10 days and will disappear after 10 days. 

 

But if you just got it,  check My Account first, check if you see any $ in Available Fund

Then, check the Payment History and see if you see 2 entries, the loading of fund, and the buying of the addon

 

If you see none of those, then you didn't buy it.  

If you see a line about loading the money and you see the money in Available Fund, you didn't buy the add-on yet, just go back and buy

@gravityboot  - if you still see the money you added in your Available Balance go back and add the 1GB roaming addon.

 

Try logging into My Account through an incognito tab it may be a cache / refresh issue.

 

When you see the addon, restart your phone or perform a reset of the device's network settings to help you connect to the proper network.

 

If issues persist, submit a ticket to CSA for assistance.

check your account your money at Available Fund then rebuy it again.
