I know that purchased Roaming Add-Ons is not refundable. But my trip is cancelled. Do we have ANY way to tansfer this money somehow that obviously never used

Don't worry about it. YES, they are not refundable but Public Mobile is very understanding and they know life sometimes happens. I'm sure they will be more than happy to add the credits to your account. Just reach them this way.
