Hello I accidentally pay 2 subscription today. Because I dont know that I already click the subscribe button on my first plan. Then I go change subscription to get new subs plan then I click change plan now. Then I see on my cc is already charge me twice. Please help me to refund thanks

If you changed subscription NOW, PM will not refund you difference.

That is why it is better to Schedule plan change.

You will need to contact customer service agent to help with payment issues. 

Click on the chat icon on right corner of website.  Follow prompts to submit a ticket for customer service agent help.
