I have to transfer to Tellus soon as you requested, but how can I cash back my rewards points. Can I transfer to my wife because she will continue to stay with Public

Did I read your post correctly...who requested you transfer to Telus ? Why do you think you must go to Telus ? You can certainly stay with public Mobile if you want to.

Rewards and funds are both cannot be transferred

you can't transfer point.  If you can wait, better to redeem and use up the rewards before you move
