Rewards weren't added

I just changed my subscription from a 1 month plan to a 4 month plan a few weeks earlier than my renewal. My rewards weren't added for my new 3 month plan and I was charged the full price. I should have been discounted around 18 dollars.

When renewing early your previous 30 days worth of rewards are automatically credited to your account within 48 hours of your early renewal. Contact customer support if they do not appear in your account after the 48 hours has lapsed.

@MDG3825 Rewards are paid at the end of a 30 day period. When you go to a 90 day plan you will only receive 30 days worth of rewards as that is how long it's been since the last rewards were earned. You will see the 90 days worth on the first renewal. 

Edit: As you renewed early you haven't met the 30 days for the rewards for that past period to be paid out.
