Been a customer since 2016 and I had a person recently use my code for refer a friend and it is not showing up in my rewards. This is the second time in 6 months this has happened. Why do I have to reach out for help when this should be automatically added???

Ok checked my referral points and the new person who signed up a couple of months ago using my referral code still is not showing up. Can someone please take a look and let me know why? I recently signed up my son using my referral code and it wasn't applied automatically either so again I don't understand why this isn't automatically applied instead of having to reach out for someone in the back ground to activate this?

Sorry should have said points…my bad….I did not get the extra points added to my account.

how rewards are show is different now
After moving to Public Points, the referrals will no longer be showing in a list like before. There is no way on the Rewards portal to confirm how many you currently have and who are they anymore.
Instead, you can only tell how many referrals you have when PM deposits the referrals points into your Rewards account after your renewal (within 48 hours).
But for new referrals like your case, you can login to My Account, go to Referrals tab, and you would see the number of NEW referrals you have in each month for the last 12 months. So, wait at least 48 hours to check and you should see increase by 1 in May (assuming you just referred your friend this month)

there are no longer Rewards as you're used to...now we get Points added.
