You do not earn points on credits only on purchases made with funds added from an outside source (credit card, voucher or instant top up). Bill credits from points redemptions, bonus referral credits or promotional credits do not earn points. It's best if you are earning 3×points to save them until your first anniversary so that you earn the maximum amount of points during the 12 month promotion before you start to redeem them for bill credits or any redemption add on that is not discounted (ie. $5/500min add on=5pts).

@Chrissyrioux12 You can view your points in rewards portal and once you have 15 points you can redeem $15

Sorry, your title got cut off, is that about a referral credit not added to your rewards account?
But did you check if your friend got the $10 referral credit? he should get it within 72 hours of activation
If he didn't get it either, please have your friend to open a single ticket using the methods below
