I didn't get the same plan I had last month and says on my account one plan but in payment another?

@NickFaith - was the amount that was listed in your payment details the one you expected to be charged? If so, then I would go by that...even though your plan showing is wrong (hopefully this updated with the cache / refresh issue).

 

If the amount you were charged you thing is incorrect, then is the difference of the plan showing in your Available Funds area? Just checking if you were on a promo that may react this way.

close all browser and clear cache/ cookies/ open inPrivate mode,from computer. Login again

Open an incognito or private tab, and try logging into self-serve again

 

The self-serve site has terrible, caching issues which tends to display outdated or erroneous information
