tried to sign in to my account and the rewards page is blank--both on my computer and phone app
Saturday - last edited Saturday
This has been happening to me ever since they announced the program and each time I would log in.
Today I got this message:
{"message":"Unauthorized"}
Then I refreshed the web page (like others have said) and now it shows up. It takes a long time though to load. I don't know why the Public Mobile website is so slow. I feel like they do this on purpose to really make you feel like this is a budget service.

It's a server error from the side of Public Mobile. There is nothing we can do about it except maybe poking Telus to fix this.

However I found that I was able to access my points via the mobile app, so I recommend using that in the meantime.

My Rewards screen is blank too. Refreshing doesn’t help. This started last month when the switch to points happened

Mine had been like that also since my account switched on May 17.
Refreshing or incognito does not work. Everytime I sign in, I get the pop up window telling me about the move to public points. I already know about the move. Why does it still keep popping up each time? When I click on the link for my rewards it's blank. Only way to get in is to click the x on the top right corner. @computergeek541 is this a glitch? Can you look into this with PM please thanks.

I just tried it and its working fine for me. Id try refreshing or restarting your device. Is anything else not working/displaying?

Refresh the website or in the app, swipe down from the top of the screen to refresh.
