Subscription cannot be activated

I have tried many times to activate my subscription, but every time I try the error code comes up that it cannot be activated and then when I try to contact support, it will allow me to login only to lead me to a blank page. I have also tried submitting a ticket from the website but it will not let me submit it without completing all the fields even though I’ve filled them all out. I have already paid and now I cannot even use my subscription.

please open ticket with PM support

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
