Yesterday, my plan didn't renew (I had to renew it manually) which caused a second payment on my credit card. I also realized that the rewards (-7$) were not applied. I can't see them on the account like before.
How can I fix this? Thanks!

Most likely since account did not renew automatically as usual, rewards were not applied.
Only agent can help you out as manual payment will not trigger rewards to be applied.

You need to click on My Rewards section and re-enter your email and password.
There is a new format to the Self Serve page.

No I didn't join reward points. It was working last month and I never logged in to the account

Did you possibly switch to the points system? Check your payment history for the renewal amounts debited and credited. You can see the rewards logging in to the new login system. https://www.publicmobile.ca/myrewards
