I topped up yesterday now it appears someone has made off with my money. Account not working and no one wants to help. Very annoyed. Need to talk to a human now.

Jerhow, I am having the exact same issue at the moment.
It's unfortunate PM does not care about their customers. they are stealing from us.

HI@Jerhow Yes, unfortunately PM Support is all online only 😞 Open a ticket first, or open a ticket again if you did and already couple hours
For now, if you have Wifi , try to use VoIP app like Fongo or TextNow. They are free, you can use it to make calls for now

I cannot find any help and can't seem to get any resolution. I need my phone and I need it working. Chatbot nor " customer" service are no help. Been a loyal customer for 5 years and I hate to leave however this is no way to treat customers.

HI @Jerhow it was big problem yesterday and they might still have many tickets to catch up.
Have you open ticket with CS Agent? Here, support is all online.
To open a ticket with PM CS Agent. Click on the Bubble or directly at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:
- type: Contact CS Agent
- Click "Contact Us"
- Click "Other"
- Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
- you will then direct to another page to open ticket.
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the moderators (but this can take longer):
