Yesterday, my plan didn't renew (I had to renew it manually) which caused a second payment on my credit card. I also realized that the rewards (-7$) were not applied. I can't see them on the account like before.How can I fix this? Thanks!

No I didn't join reward points. It was working last month and I never logged in to the account

Unfortunately we cannot disable here in Canada the amber alert since the government wants us to all receive it. We don't have that features in notifications to disable it...somehow, all the apps are working again... I don't get it.Thanks!

I was on the old plan with custumer service, it's absolutly not usefull, in 5 years I called them one to change a plan 
