Hi, I'm with PM since 2012. I had an old plan but I switched last week to the 30$ pla. But now I realised that I'm not able to put conversation on hold. When I'm talking people who are calling me are direcly tansfered to the voice mail. Any ideas on how to activate the hold option? (I'm using an Iphone 6).
Thanks in advance!

I have call waiting and conference calling. However, I am only able to have a total of three callers in a conference at a time. When I was with Freedom Mobile, I believe I was able to have five or more at a time. I am not sure why this feature does not allow more callers with Public Mobile?

@mehdi_aaa, are you referring to the call waiting function where a caller is placed on hold to then pick up another call? All calling plans come with call waiting. According to Apple, call waiting is a feature that has to be turned on to work.

Hello,
I don't think it's an option that is provided by the carrier but a feature built in the phone (correct me if i'm wrong). I have an s7 edge. This makes me think of the three way calling carriers claim to offer yet I once did a 6 way calling without any issue
