I had put my subscription on hold for past couple of months. I reactivated tge service yesterday's morning and even though y online account shows it as active there is no network on my phone.
I tries restarting, putting it on airoplane mode for five minutes, i also tried reatting network settings but nothing worked and there is no network.

I’m also having this issue and it’s so frustrating. Except I didn’t put mine on hold I just had to fix my payment option

dial 611 to hear current plan status.
Adding...have you got a different cellphone you could put the Public Mobile sim in and try ?
