My wife and I recently switched to public mobile. Her phone switched over just fine but mine continues to say that my number is invalid. I called Telus and they manually switched my number from my previous provider to public over the phone. I still can’t activate my sim and I have no service. Can’t switch to a different provider either because I have no service to accept confirmation. HELP!

Submitted a couple tickets yesterday early afternoon. Been almost 24 hrs now… still waiting. Hopefully things progress soon. I run a business and need my phone to work.
