Why is it taking so long? I can't use my phone service at all. It is impossible to contact a human. If you're not going to have human support then you should at least respond when something is urgent.

Thanks. I missed the important call I was expecting so it was too late. I am in contact with an agent and trying to complete resolution of this issue.
