I have been trying to get through to someone and open a ticket for over three weeks as my daughter‘s phone has had no inbound or outbound phone service. I’m tired of paying this bill for a phone that never tracks and can’t make inbound or receive inbound and make outbound calls… What am I paying for this for?! I’m not sure what has happened overall at public mobile but this is the worst phone company I have ever dealt with. Why is this happening and why is there zero accountability?!

More details would be helpful. Is it just voice services that are not working? What about text or data? Did your daughter create a new account? or port over a number?
