I have the Canada US Mexico plan. I am in USA, but cannot access public mobile when off Wi-Fi .
this keeps coming up when I do;

Hang tight! Our app is just catching its breath. We'll be up and running again shortly.
I have been through the troubleshooting reccomendations, no luck. Please help:)

So, you are talking about cannot login the App or you cannot use roaming?
If only not able to use the app, make sure you have disable all VPN. The app might not work when connect outside of Canada and US
If you cannot use roaming service, make sure you turn on Roaming Mobile Data and connected to one of AT&T, Verizon and T-Mobile
