In trying to port a telephone number I've been asked to complete a SIM & Activation online form/provide my ESN/MEID by clicking Contact us at the Publicmobile.ca webpage. I can't find the Contact us to click.

Your port failed because it was wrong. Ignore instructions in text. Use instructions from Rober to contact moderators. From most carriers, it is better to use account number.
