@EI1 call 1.855.4PUBLIC from another phone and check if your account status is indeed suspended 

If so, then login My Account using browser with Incognito mode and check if you see a button " Pay and Resume Services", click to pay 

If the button is not there, make a manual payment using this link on My Account
