Rewards not applied this month, transaction shows $15 was deducted when I should owe $10.

My autopayment got flagged by my bank so i manually paid. It charged me $10 and then $5, any reason why? I should have $5 deducted from my plan.Screenshot 2021-09-04 111854.jpg

@Flashx2000

That makes sense then if you topped up manually twice. It does look like that your rewards were successfully added to your available balance.  No need to contact CSA.  You can use your available balance for your next renewal date.

@Flashx2000   did you pay both them  via *611 today?

Were you paying "Amount Due" in the beginning and $14 was the Amount Due back then?   then were adding $20 via *611 again?

Do you have the service now?  If you logon to My Account, is the Status showing Active?  Also, do you have $24 there as Available Fund?

 @Flashx2000 : The $10 and $5 are the parts of the $15 plan. When you made the manual payment of $14, what was your balance at the time? $1? Then later, why was an additional $20 added. Did you do all this _after_ you got suspended this morning?

Are you services working now?

@Flashx2000  -

The transaction history can be confusing. You are on the $15 plan, okay.

You made 2 top up payments (does this match your credit card charges?)

...one of $14 and one of $20 = $34

- $15 (plan amount) = $19

- $5 (rewards) = $14

But you have a $24 balance?

What does your Available Funds amount currently say?

@Flashx2000

Somebody else earlier this morning also had issues with rewards.  It does look like that you have a positive balance of $24 that can be used for next month's payment.  Autopay charged you $14 and you topped up $20.  Is that correct?

Looks like that your autopay and loyalty rewards did not deduct your bill, but your friend referral reward of $1 did work, since you were charged $14 initially.

PM staff is made aware of the issue.  You could contact CSA, but it might be easier just to leave your funds for next month.  You should not be charged at next renewal.
