Hi there,
I recently signed up for the 102$/ 90 day plan. With my monthly rewards deducted the app estimated I should be charged 78$ before taxes. However I was charged 105.28$ after taxes on my credit card. Could someone help? Seems like my rewards were not applied.
Thanks!

The payment prediction is not programmed properly for 90 day plans on the old $ rewards (and, depending on when you look at it for 30 day plans either...) It's annoying, but I don't see Public Mobile doing anything about it, unfortunately.
- In the new system (since EverSafe introduction) $ rewards are applied for the period BEFORE the renewal / plan change. So, when changing plans, you'll only get the rewards for the previous 30 days. (if you change from 90 to 30 days, you'll have 3x rewards applied to that first 30day payment)
- During the 90day period loyalty and RAF rewards are added to your available funds every 30 days. Autopay 3x $2 is rewarded on day 90.
- Community rewards are added to available funds when they are handed out.
- Rewards are added as AVAILABLE FUNDS in the afternoon before renewal / every 30days as applicable.
- The payment prediction is programmed in a way that doesn't take into account the above, so treat all the rewards shown there as phantom rewards that will not be taken off additionally to the ones in your available funds.
- During the renewal process the system simply fetches (plan cost minus available funds) plus tax from your credit card.
- You don't mention where you live, and you haven't provided a screenshot of your payment history, but could it be ($102 - 30day rewards) + tax? (Like, $94 plus 5% GST and 7% MBPST or BCPST) Then everything is as it should be and you'll get the "missing" rewards applied to available funds over the next 90 days.
Edit to add source: We now have four 90day plans with $ rewards in the family. One of them has renewed and is on the second 90day cycle now, one of them we have changed from one 90day plan to another 90day plan on renewal, one has changed back to 30days and back to 90days (all on renewal)... The above is based on observing the accounts, payment histories and doing the according math.

Did you change plan NOW or you did schedule plan change?
If you changed it now, rewards will not be applied.
Are you saying you have $24 in monthly rewards?

you'll have to see if the CSA can help with account related issues. Click this link to start the process. Watch the little envelop icon on top right side of page will be highlighted when they respond.
