Rewards Not Working

Hi there....

 

 

I had the old rewards program I was getting the $4 a month off my plan every thirty days....  I switched to the new rewards and I have to pay regular price....  my rewards are not working can someone help please?

it's unfortunate, however, PM does provide the correct warnings on the website for changes to the account.

Nope....once you've opted out of Rewards in favour of Points, you're locked in now. No going back, I'm afeard.

@AdamLove   you have couple posts in the lounge asking how to get back to the old rewards system.

 

NO, there is no more entry or re-entry to the old rewards system.  

From what you said, you migrated to the new system.  Once you migrated, you are on the new systems and won't be able to go back.  Sorry.
