Rewards Not Working

Hi there....

 

 

I had the old rewards program I was getting the $4 a month off my plan every thirty days....  I switched to the new rewards and I have to pay regular price....  my rewards are not working can someone help please?

it's unfortunate, however, PM does provide the correct warnings on the website for changes to the account.

Nope....once you've opted out of Rewards in favour of Points, you're locked in now. No going back, I'm afeard.

@AdamLove  You switched.. now you get points.. not $.. not sure how it exactly works but you should have stayed on the old system…
