Hello, I had referred a friend to public mobile, yet none of us have received rewards. Is there something I missed during and after the register about it?

Confirm on Your account if you see last 4 digits of friend's phone. If you do Not see it, referral code was not properly entered and then agent's assistance is required.

@QG1   Usually, your $1/1  point should appear in your account shortly after your friend activates, and the friend's account should receive the 10 points within 72 hours.

 

Double check that there were no errors with your referral code entered as zero and letter O can be confused along with a few other digits/letters.  Which would require customer support to re-add if necessary.

 

If you're on  the old rewards system, the last four digits of your friend's number should appear under RAF in the Rewards portal.

it's take 48 hr to your friend getting one time $10 plus you get 1 point = $1

tried use browser from computer,and clear cache and cookies and use one page inPrivate mode,

To  Login Page Rewards

you will see it at under refer-a-friend your friend #

 

if not see it then your friend need to contact support team by private message CS_Agent  with your code, to them can added.
