Reward Points

Noticed that I didn’t get reward points for June payment.  Plus , my spouse received Happy Anniversary points that I didn’t receive and yet we have been with Public for the same amount of time.  Is there a way to get these rewards applied to my account?

@leeb  Check your rewards portal from the account menu . There you should see your points and can browse the catalogue and choose rewards you like to redeem or or lower your bill when you have 15 points for $15 off bill

hi @leeb the anniversary points are added on your anniversary date with PM. 10 points a year regardless of number of years you have been with PM.  Exact anniversary date can be found by checking PM app , on Account page 

And ask PM support for any missing points.  please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link:  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html  Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".

the old Rewards have gone away to new replaced with new points. Now you pay full costs but get some points and when you get enough, you must manually exchange points for plan renewal or whatever.
