Hi, guys, is it possible to use an old expired SIM card for a new number? I have an old SIM card from Public, but the number has expired since I haven’t used it for 8 months now. Is it possible to register a new number with the same SIM card, or do I have to order a new SIM card for the new number?

If you already signed up for your account, not need to. Just log in your account and follow the register of sim number

Just got a new sim offer Amazon. Does this mean I need to sign up with a new email for the account as well?

@captaincool , that is a brilliant idea for out-of-towners! I never thought of that for those who are visiting for a few months! I love that idea!

That is very nice of you@ulearn. I always keep 2 sim cards with me cause I have friends and relatives who come for visit and I just registered their phone with PM. It comes handy

@ComicCuriosity don't buy one. If you live in the Lower Mainland (BC), I be more than happy to give you a new, unused SIM card for free. I got a few extra ones, in hopes to getting people to sign up. But, I rather give it away for FREE. I can even mail it too as well. Just send me a DM, and I will drop it in the mail box for you as well!

you cannot reuse old sim. You have to buy a new one. get a new PM sim card from Telus or Koodo store or Amazon.
and if you phone supports, you can also use eSIM

Hello @ComicCuriosity
Sadly once a SIM card has been used, you'll have to purchase a new one. Best option is to contact your local Telus stores to see if they have one or off Amazon.

You will have to purchase a new SIM card and activate. If your phone supports esim you can choose that too.
