hello i have 2 lines one is my daughters phone and the other is mine seems hers is main and i cant see mine to make a payment how can i fix this

both phones work have their own numbers but only see 1 account so i setup with a ticket see how i can fix this

@tdb24  I would start with agents to help since your being charged for two lines already i think you may have a ghost account being charged to you

we been using PM for few months so can i setup another email for my line or cs agent will have to help me for this 

 

@tdb24  That’s the problem then each mine needs its own unique email do both phones actually work

hi also forgot to mention when i first setup for both lines only used 1 email account

@tdb24  It’s also every 30 days not monthly so something is wrong

hi apparently it seems i can my 2 lines payment comes out monthly and my number is alternative line so should i reset up my line as new with different email account if possible thanks

@tdb24  That’s not possible . You must have used another email for the second phone number . You cannot have two phone lines on one account. Please submit ticket with support to get straightened out

HI @tdb24 

PM is one email for one account only.  Please make sure you use the correct email login for your daughter account

Also, try using  Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account

hi have only 1 account for 2 lines comes out monthly seems my line is alternative number and i can not view it

It is not possible to have 2 lines on one account on PM. The restriction is 1 account/1 email. You need to login on your registered email address and password.

Create a Eversafe ID for your account if you haven’t done so. Click on Sign Up and use your email and password.

If you don’t remember the registered email or password. Click on forgot password or email…if that didn’t work. Contact a CS_Agent at:

  • @tdb24  Each line /account ( phone number ) should have its own email . Make sure to clear Web browser cache and cookies if using same device to log into the accounts. Or the last one logged into will keep displaying as PM has cache  issues . Try again incognito / private or from device or try app instead . If same submit ticket with support to help
