Hello,
I ported to Virgin mobile this afternoon because I needed a new phone but after everything I have decided to return to public mobile tomorrow as soon as I done with the Virgin cancellation.
Can I still use my SIM and email adress?
Also can I get all my bonus back to my account?

Do you still have the Public sim? What happens if you dial 611 with it? Did you confirm the text from here for the port?
If you confirmed and 611 gives you nothing then ... well... you left.
I'd really like to know what caused you to change your mind so quickly.

@Kriz sorry, not phone support for PM.
If you want to reach PM Support, please open ticket with them. Since you already ported out and don't have access to Self Serve My Account, please message them directly here:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply you there

@Kriz - there is no phone number, all communications with customer support is online through messaging.
CSA can be contacted by 2 methods here,
https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/contact-an-agent
but since you are no longer an account holder, you will need to use the 2nd option in the above link to private message them.
edit, word correction

@Kriz No , SIM from a ported account is no longer useful.
You will need to get a new SIM from store to activate a new account with the new SIM
Activate in store to get the free sim card, many still willing to give out free sim if you activate with them
also, get a friend referral code to svae $10 one time

@Kriz - did you accept the public mobile text to approve the port over to virgin? If you did, then the port likely finished within a 2-3 hour period. Meaning you no longer have your public mobile phone number, account or access to self serve.
And also, all or any bonuses, rewards, available funds amounts connected to your public mobile account you would have had would be closed and gone.
Sorry, I know that is not what you are wanting to hear.
Once a public mobile sim card was used for an account that was ported out, you cannot use that sim card again to reactivate another account with it.
The email you could likely use again, perhaps with assistance from public mobile CSA, since it may be connected to a closed account for a period of time still.
Public Mobile Representatives customer support agents (CSA) can be contacted by either two methods, found here:
