Hi
I have been deactivated without my knowledge. I placed my account on hold for a some time while I was out of the country. I missed the one and only email that I received which told me the 90 day period was coming up and now the account has been deactivated. How do I get it back and get my number back. I always fully intended to continue with the service when returning to Canada.
Please help!

@paulmmarot oh, sorry, if the account was in nonpay / suspended status (for over 90 days) your account is permanently closed.
You will need to obtain a new SIM card to reactivate a new account if you want services with Public Mobile.
Have you called the number to see if it is taken by anyone else?
How long ago was the 90 days? IF, it was like...today, MAYBE, there is a chance for recovery. Submit a ticket with CSA to ask.
Two ways to reach them here....but, if you no longer have access to your self serve (since you account closed) choose the 2nd option to Private Message CSA:

Due to no payment for 90+ days your account has been closed and number lost.
Nevertheless, contact agent and present your case and they might be able to assign you the same number. You would need new SIM and to create completely new self-service account.
Send a private message to the CSA-agent by clicking https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
