Hello Oracles,
I want to bring an issue to your attention.
So after receiving that email on my last thread one of our kind community members said you should change your password. So I went to do that. But it came up that is didn't work.
So, I logged out then went to log back in and my original password wouldn't work. Tried it 3 x. Then I tried the password I had switched my account to and now that works.
So there might be a bug in the system that gives you the alert even when it has been successful.

the only issue with go through SIMon is there is no way to explain the issue before the moderator s talk with you.

Submit a ticket to a moderator by clicking on the question mark on the bottom right. They could check to see if there is a glitch with the system.
