This is painful,
I am trying to reset my password so I can access my account only I am not receiving the email that is being sent.
Please help, there is no live person to talk to

@lingailiCommuicate with the Moderators by clicking on the lower right hand corner and type in rep.. and hopefully you guys can find a solution.

You'll need to submit a ticket to moderators via SIMon here: https://publicmobile.ca.ada.support/chat/
Type in 'rep', select 'contact us', then 'submit ticket' and follow the prompts to complete the ticket sumbission.

@JPodmoreand @serotoning When chatting to SIMon type in 'rep', then select 'contact us', then 'submit ticket' and follow the rest of the prompts to complete the ticket submission.

Password reset is not working. Create a moderator support ticket for help using the ? button at the right side bottom corner of this page.
