Did you have a credit card problem and maybe the bank refunded charges and maybe one of them was from here?

I paid through voucher. As it block my credit card . Now trying to login my account to fix it but its not letting me in

Are you using the upper right link called Sign In and then My Account?

Incognito, Private or secret mode is special browser mode, you can click the 3 dots or 3 lines on the top right and select New Incognito tab , page (could also be callsed Private or Secret)
You can try to login that way and see if it works. If still going round in login, submit a ticket with CS agent here

@Mrizvi Tap the didn’t get code option or tap resend code few times . This should give option to send code to email instead .if no luck please submit ticket with support to help you

Its not even going to that screen . Each time I enter code it goes to login screen again

@Mrizvi if it is because you can’t receive the code try tapping “didn’t get the code?” and you’ll get the option to send it to your email
