Reset billing cycle

I am almost out of data and would like to restart my billing cycle so my data resets. I was told this is possible but can not find a way to do it, I can only switch to a new expensive plan. How can I reset my data as soon as possible?

Just to let you know.  The moderator wait times are about 72+ hours.  So, you may be out of data for a few days. 

The other options include buying the 1 GB data add on for $30 (expensive, but remaining data does roll over to next month), or changing plans immediately to the more expensive plan.  There is the $45 6 GB plan or $50 8 GB (build your own) plan.  

Or just wait for moderator and hopefully, the wait times are getting shorter.

Be aware that with resetting your plan you lose anything remaining on your current plan. So if this is something you feel will be happening often, you really may want to consider an higher plan with more data.

1. Make a one time payment so that Available Funds equal your plan cost, then

2. Click this: message to moderators to send a private message to the moderator team with your request along with your phone number and 4 digit PIN. If you’ve forgotten the PIN, provide any 3 of the following in your message: complete mailing address, email address, alternate phone number,  last top up date & amount.

Your Rewards will not be applied until your next "normal" renewal 30 days from the early activation.

If waiting for the moderators is not feasible, your only option is to purchase a data add-on. Any balance there when your plan renews carries over to be used when your plan data has been exhausted.
