Reset account

Hi,

Is it possible to reset an account just by providing the phone number? My dad his information for his account.

@stang123   If he's forgotten the login info, then he'll need to submit a ticket via chatbot or send a private message to CS_Agent to have the login credentials reset.

He is still paying his account. It is just the login info that we don't know. Can it be reset?

@stang123   Are you or your dad trying to reactivate an account that has been suspended?  As long as the account is still within 90 days of suspension you can purchase a voucher from SDM, 7/11, London Drugs or Shell and add the funds by dialing 611 on his phone to reactivate it. 

Unfortunately, if the account was suspended for more than 90 days without payment, then the account and number would be deactivated.  You can call 611 and see what message you are hearing about payment.

as long as that account hasn't gone longer than 90 days past last expiry date...it can be reset. If longer than 90 days...it's deactivated for good...you need a new sim to start a new account.
