Roaming Add-on transaction - No confirmation

Similar issue here folks.  Tried to add the roaming plan (5 times) to my account but I kept getting the "Oops" message that something is wrong. Then I got a message from Mastercard notifying me of suspicious activity and that they locked my card.  So I called MC and sure enough all of the transactions went through on their end. All have since been cancelled. The Public Mobile web site was in error. I need confirmation from Public Mobile that my roaming add-on has been accepted because I will not have access to my computer the next few days and I wasn't planning on adding data to my phone because the service where I am going is unreliable. BTW I tried the incognito suggestion but no dice on that either. This system works great until it doesn't work.

@dkharas    You'll need to contact support via chatbot and ask them to reverse the duplicate roaming add-on and will most likely credit the account and remove the second roaming add-on.

My autopay date is the middle of the month so that should not be an issue. It was just the five consecutive transactions of the same amount on the same morning (today). I tried again finally success with actual confirmation and an invoice. However, my account now shows I have TWO 15 day roaming plans, which is not correct (Screen shot below). This will have to be corrected.

I hope your bank didn't cancel your last autopay. It will be interesting to see what effect your getting transactions cancelled will have on you here. Let us know.
