Hello
How do i request a refund. The agent told me since my subscription has not activated, there is no changes on his side to cancel the subscription.
How to I request a refund. There is too much headache with the activation on the app that does NOT work.

Just checked and it was actually charged.

@PublicMobUser88 , check your payments carefully. What you are seeing could be a pending charge that will drop off due to failed activation.

where did the failure happen ? Did you attempt to activate using the PM app ?
Prolly not going to get a refunds so best is to try to get it working, then test drive it for 30 days.

I originally signed up through the app and paid by credit card. The activation failed and after many messages to CS agent, it is becoming a headache. So nothing was activated but payment went through. I would just like a refund to be processed. How do i do that ?

Did you activate your account?
Did you pay for your service?
Do you see that charge on your credit card account?
Do you plan to be PM customer?
If you do NOT plan to be PM customer (ever) you can ask your bank for chargeback.
But if you did not activate your account there should be no charges on your card thus no refund needed.
